Gift Card Terms & Usage
Gift cards are valid for one-time use only and may be redeemed for a single service and a single client. They cannot be split across multiple appointments, shared between clients, or reused once redeemed.
Each gift card applies only to the specific service or value purchased. If the total cost of the selected service exceeds the value of the gift card, the client is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of service.
If the full value of the gift card is not used during the appointment, any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or transferred to another service.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The business reserves the right to refuse service, modify terms, or make final determinations in cases not explicitly covered by this policy.
